Your membership is a recurring subscription, but there is no minimum subscription period and no fixed-term contract. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
You can cancel your subscription through your online account, or by contacting us by email at support@schoolofwatercolour.co.uk.
Once your subscription has been cancelled, no further renewal payments will be taken.
When you cancel, your paid membership access will continue until the end of your current paid subscription period. After that date, your account will be limited to any free content available on the website.
Cancelling your subscription stops future payments. It does not automatically refund payments that have already been made.
We also offer a pause option for members who wish to take a short break from their membership, such as for holidays, seasonal breaks, or other temporary pauses.
If you choose to pause your membership, your subscription will be paused with immediate effect. Your access to the paid tutorials will also be limited immediately from the date the pause is applied.
No renewal payments will be processed while your membership is paused.
When you are ready to return, you can resume your membership from within your account subscription area, or by emailing us at support@schoolofwatercolour.co.uk.
Once your membership has been resumed, your paid tutorial access will be restored and your recurring renewal payments will continue in line with your subscription plan.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the interval shown when you purchased your membership, unless you cancel before the next renewal date or your membership is paused.
We will send an email reminder before any automatic renewal payment is processed. It is your responsibility to cancel or pause your subscription before the renewal date if you do not wish the next payment to be taken.
If you change your mind after a subscription payment has been processed, you may request a full refund within 14 days of that payment date.
This 14-day refund period applies to both your initial subscription payment and any later subscription renewal payments.
To request a refund, please email us at support@schoolofwatercolour.co.uk and include the name and email address linked to your membership account so that we can locate your subscription quickly.
We will reply by email to confirm that we have received your refund request. If your refund request is received within 14 days of the relevant subscription payment, we will process the refund using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
Once the refund has been actioned, we will confirm this by email.
If a full refund is issued for your current subscription payment, your paid membership access may be cancelled from the date the refund is processed.
Refund requests received more than 14 days after the relevant subscription payment date are not automatically guaranteed, unless required by law.
Where we agree to provide a refund after the 14-day period, this will normally be a partial refund based on the unused portion of your current paid membership period. Any such refund will be issued at the discretion of the site administrators.
If you are a customer in the European Union and wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you can currently do so by emailing us at support@schoolofwatercolour.co.uk.
Please clearly state that you wish to cancel your subscription and request a refund. We will acknowledge receipt of your request by email and, where applicable, process your refund using the original payment method.
We are working to provide a dedicated online withdrawal option/button for EU customers in line with the relevant EU requirements.
