Paint what you find interesting, not the subject!
Do you sometimes struggle with what to put in and what to leave out when creating a painting?
Or do you get caught up in all those details which don't actually make the painting any better (in fact they quite often kill it!)?
If so, then join me in painting 3 separate landscapes. Here I will show you ideas, approaches and techniques to simplify your subject. Not only resulting in stronger, more dramatic paintings but also making painting much more fun (and easier too!)
Analysing our subject in a way which extracts what we find interesting and exciting, with a focus on painting this as opposed to every element of the subject helps to keep us on track whilst painting - not distracted by irrelevant details and other bits and bobs!
